HRSG Sensors and Thermowells

HRSG Sensors
Temp-Pro Inc. works with multiple OEM manufactures of HRSGs, providing sensors for your Tube Skin Temp, Duct Burner, SCR, CO, By-Pass Stack and Feedwater Recirculation Pump. These sensors are made from MI cable only using the highest quality materials, usually provided in Type K or E. Weld Pads that match tube materials and radius can be provided.

HRSG Thermowells
Temp-Pro Inc. Thermowells are made of one-piece, solid-bored construction and are designed to withstand the maximum system pressure and velocity. Thermowells are available with full material certifications in all alloys, including F11, F12, F22, F91 or F321. Temp-Pro can submit Thermowell strength calculations based on ASME PTC 19.3 and a Thermowell vibration analysis.
 
CFB Sensors and Thermowells
Thermocouples CFB Sensors
Temp-Pro Inc. works with multiple OEM manufactures of CFBs, providing sensors for Metal Pad Thermocouples, In-Bed and Over-Bed Thermocouples with Thermowells, Transmitters and Junction Boxes. The process side includes Steam and Water Thermocouples (Thermowells and Protection Tubes), Air and Flue Gas Thermocouples, and Protection Tubes. Weld pads that match tube materials and radius can be provided.
