TEMP-PRO Inc. is committed to providing only the highest quality materials and excellence in workmanship for all our products.  All materials and components used in the manufacture and assembly of our sensors meet or exceed the standards of the temperature industry.

We are especially sensitive to maintaining excellence in the pressure boundary and sensor segments of our product line.  Materials used in the manufacture of our thermowells and sensors are procured from approved suppliers.  Where specified, full traceability of raw materials is maintained throughout the TEMP-PRO Inc. manufacturing process. Quality records including drawings, work order travelers, material certificates, PO's, inspections, etc., are maintained for a period of seven years, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Quality Assurance Manual:

 The TEMP-PRO Inc. Quality Assurance Manual includes 20 sections, dealing with such issues as Management Responsibility, Contract Review, Process Control, Inspection and Testing, and many more key areas of the quality system. Each section of the Quality Manual provides a brief overview about the activities performed.

Procedures:  Each procedure identifies:

  • Who is responsible to perform the activity
  • When the activity has to be completed
  • What has to be completed
  • Where the activity has to be completed, as applicable

Work Instructions: A work instruction identifies how to complete an activity in a sequential number of steps.

TEMP-PRO Inc.'s Document Control Manager is responsible for issuing controlled copies of procedures and work instructions to designated locations in the company.
