Outsource GE Circuit Boards Product Line

In 1998, a NY division of General Electric requested TEMP-PRO to assume control of its Circuit Board Product Line. After analyzing the in-place work processes, TEMP-PRO agreed to the challenge, and within two months implemented the “seamless” transition to a working operation in Northampton.

TEMP-PRO’s “quick turn-around” prototyping capability and cost-effective small-lot production processes were critical for the success of this project. Our circuit board and electrical assembly staff (all well-trained in circuit board population, soldering, and testing) were likewise essential.

ASSEMBLY

A full staff of operators work to comply with all the GE requirements for this Product Line

TESTING

The testing of individual Circuit Board assemblies used in the MDT-20 Governor. This testing insures proper operation, and completes final adjustment of the Circuit Board prior to the combined assembly

BURN-IN

"Burn-In" test insures proper operation of the final assembly component.

CLEANING SYSTEM

This system is used to replace environmentally damaging CFC’s from manufacturing, cleaning and defluxing processes of printed circuit boards, soldered chasssis elements, and electrical/electronic modules.

This system is capable of achieving the cleanliness levels required for the sound application of conformal coating of Printed Circuit Board.
